There is no shower house for use by the tenants, the site has NO trees or bushes period. It is an extremely basic, and hugely overgrown place.
Very nice store.. the laundromat is kinda hot no a.c. in that part food is very good
There isn't a single tree or bush. Not one. And you can hear the coyote at night that roam the fields on each side

This place turns into a huge mud pit when it rains. I’ve seen a few people have to walk to their trucks from their travel trailers in ankle deep water. I have also seen trucks and travel trailers get stuck in the mud as well. Almost everything I have bought in the convenience store is expired. The WiFi is okay, but you have to keep logging in when you use your phone and sometimes it does not want to connect.
